How is Neptune Support Contacted?

Greetings -- love the product but I had my EnergyBar8 "burn out" when it tried to light my MH light after a week of using it. I tried submitting a request for service through the web site yesterday but haven't gotten a reply yet. I tried the phone number listed on the web site and their manual and it's just a busy signal. What gives? How do I get a hold of someone to get the EnergyBar8 replaced/repaired?

Thanks!

Thanks -- that must have been it. He has gotten a hold of me -- taking a day to respond is not bad IMO, I'm just anxious to get everything back to working order!

Curt is on vacation this week; I'm not sure if the offices are opened but I expect they are and he has a backup support person who should take calls and check email.

He was able to get back to me -- most appreciated if he is on vacation. It's interesting though how the problem was "solved". I had originally hooked everything up without a 12V DC connection to the Apex base unit, and everything worked fine (getting power through the EB8). However, after a few days everything stopped working and it appeared that the EB8 was dead; no power to any of the outlets, nothing to the bse unit or display. After plugging the Apex base unit into a 12V DC power adapter, everything came back. So, not sure why, but I'll take it.
