As the Ich, Oodinium, Brooklynlia life cycle. How long can it last in our tank in each stage at 32-33 c' ?
From my experiences... the new arrive fish without QT processing when I bring up the temp to 30-32 c' Ich would be suddenly appeared. Mostly happened with butterfly.... then I just guess that after the new comming fish if I put them in QT tank with 31-33 c' ( To speed up the ich to the free swimming stage) then it were killed in will this stage by some kind of medicine. such as KENT or Quick Cure.... Can I do like this?

The freshwater disease caused by Ichthyophthirius multifilis. This organism IS heat sensitive and it alters its life cycles depending upon temperature.

This isn't the case for Marine Ich, caused by Cryptocaryon irritans. It does not appreciably change its life cycle from a change in temperatures, which is, by the way, a very large temperature range.

Then, how can I know that the medicine is really work for killing the marine ich off? because my tank do not have fish now....
Should I last the treatment for at least 5-6 dose as they recommended?

Meds are not added to fishless tanks to remove diseases. Just let the tank go fishless for 8 weeks. The Marine Ich parasite dies because it has no host.
