How long for infected fish to spread

Hello,
I have a tank with 4 fish. One of which is a new addition that I added on Saturday and noticed yesterday has white spots all over. How long will it take for this to spread to others? I would like to try and get the fish out if possible, but may need to purchase a trap.

That is probably ick. If I am correct then it has most likley already infected your tank. Some people just let ick live in there tank but it will kill any fish that has a weak immune system. It is recommended that you remove all the fish and treat them through TTM, CP, or copper. You will then have to QT them and let the tank run Fallow for 90 days. This will make sure the parasites have died off in your tank (due to lack of hosts). Im going through the same thing right now, Make sure to take preventive meassure before adding fish!

If it has already infected my tank in the 2 days the fish has been in there, then I will just have to let it run its course. Hopefully the other fish will survive.
