how long of ricordia and mushrooms to reproduce?

I have a fishonly W LR and wanted to have osme ricordia and mushrooms for color. i have one ricrodia right now for months. It seems to be growing very slowly --how long before that or any mushrooms start to populate the rock?

its under an orbit pc 260 watt near the surface

Depends on a million factors. Generally though, the more food they get and the more stress-free the conditions the faster they'll grow.
