How long should I wait to add a BTA on new tank?

My tank cycled about a month and a half ago. Clean up crew has been doing well for a month, I have 2 clowns in qt for 2 days now.

I am really interested in seeing the clowns host an anenome, but have heard BTA needs an established tank.

So my question is how long should I wait to start looking at anenomes? Also, bubble tip seems like the go-to, but are there any other cool looking anenome that clowns will host?

I'm not an expert but from reading on this fourm most people say 6 months and the high end 12 months . Someone else can help clarify.

The general recommendation on his forum seems to be about 6 months for stability. Placed nems in tanks fairly new but I was doing large weekly waterchanges.

I added mine to my latest tank at 5 months, not that I'd recommend it but I'm fairly confident in my reef keeping. So for the past 4 months it still looks good. But for anyone new to reef keeping, honestly, I'd wait til the 10 month mark.

Yes thats it with his Maroon Clown. I've been very lucky so far that he hasn't moved from that spot, seems to like the light and flow and I feed him once a week a small piece of krill.
