How long should my lights be on? Pleasse Help

How long should I keep my lights on a day? Right now i have them coming on at 9 am until 1 pm. Then back on at 5 pm and off for the night at 11pm. Will this stress my LTA out and how long should i keep them on ? I have the coralife single 96 watt aqualight and the coralife t5 aqualight.

I keep my lights on 12 hours straight, with my MH lights kicking on one hour later and one hour before all lights going out, making the MH lighting on for 10 hours. It seems to do great, everything is doing great, fish, anemones, softies and sps. If you don't have any sps corals, and you want to save on the life span of your lighting, then what you are doing should be just fine, especially if the mid sun is giving lighting during the 1 to 5.
