How Long to keep MH on?

Hi all,

Have a 24 g Aquapod w/ Sunpod 150w MH 14k and I want to know HOW MANY hours the MH should be on for crocea and maxima.
I don't have any clams yet - just trying to get all the info first.
When I had my 75g I had some derasa and squamosa that did great under T5's but this is my first time with MH.
