How long to run AquaMaxx HOB-1.5 of a 25G

I have an AquaMaxx HOB-1.5 on my Nuvo Lagoon 25G, and I've heard a mix of opinions on how long I should be running the skimmer (since it's pretty powerful for the tank). Currently have 2 Green Chromis, a Bicolor Blenny, and am looking to add up to two smaller firefish in the future as well. I feed 2-3 a week, and do weekly 5G water changes.

I'm going to be getting an Apex Jr. with a couple modules in the future, and wanted to see if there's any opinions on how often/how long to run the skimmer?

I've heard daily for 4-hours, or every other day, but interested in others feedback. Parameters look fine currently - main concern is depriving the tank of nutrients by skimming to much?

Do you have any corals or are you planning to get corals?

Tanks been running for about 5 months. Right now, I have about 5 SPS frags/Mini-Colonies, 6 smaller Zoa frags, and no softies. Intend to have it be a fairly mixed reef overall, with maybe a bit heavier on SPS and Zoas/Palys.

I got same in my 20 gl fusion nano works 24/7 any issue water very clear and no ammonium

I have the exact skimmer as you (They rock) and I run mine 24/7 if you are worried about starving the tank get some coral food like Reef frenzy. I feed it about twice a week and it works wonders remember just a pinch
