How long will a Emerald crab live?

I just found my emerald crab dead and I was curious how long they live usually.

i have never had one live for more than 5 or 6 months.

you sure it was dead and just not a molt? i have a few that are more than a year old

i have some that are more then 2 yeats old now.

mine are going on 8 months now.
