How many aquarium stores are there in Tucson?

Hi,

I'm just wondering how many petshops(fresh or saltwater) are there in Tucson area? Cany anyone be nice enough to list them here? I'm gonna be going to Ed's place from Phx so I thought I might stop by at all the stores in town. Thank you.

There's quite a few pet shops selling fresh water, but only a few that I can think of selling saltwater: Oasis Tropical Fish (Hector's shop), Southwest Saltwater (Rob's shop), and Majestic Sea Life. There are other stores (Tropics of Tucson, Petco, etc) that do sell saltwater fish and supplies, but I would not necessarily recommend spending the time visiting them.

Tropics of Tucson went out of buisness, and some of those other shops can have good aquariums or hardgoods.

Hi Lovelylinda,

Thanks! I just use frozen brine shrimp. I think I feed it once a week. I want to feed it everyday but if I do that, my tank would be nothing but algae... I know if I feed it everyday or every other day, it would multiply very quickly. It's been growing and healthy for 7 months now. AND I believe it's a myth that you have to feed every single polyp because I certain don't feed every polyp. I just make sure the majority of then got fed.
