How many dottybacks is too many? I happen to be very fond of them, and they get along with the rest of my tank very well so far. I have:
3 yellow tangs
1 sailfin tang
2 red soldierfish
2 bluehead fairy wrasse
2 cortez rainbow wrasse
3 seargent major damsels
1 fiji blue devil damsel
1 green chromis
1 mandarinfish (captive bred from ORA)
1 bangaii cardinalfish (captive bred from LFS)
1 springers dottyback (captive bred from ORA)
1 splendid dottyback (captive bred from ORA)
2 neon dottybacks (captive bred mated pair from ORA)
lots of hermit crabs
2 coral banded shrimp (mated pair)

I was looking at adding 2 ORA Orchid Dottyback (Pseudochromis fridmani), an ORA Sunrise Dottyback (Pseudochromis flavivertex), an ORA Bicolor Dottyback (Pictichromis paccagnellae), an ORA Striped Blenny (Meiacanthus grammistes), an ORA Blackline Blenny (Meiacanthus nigrolineatus), 2 ORA Sharknose Goby (Elacatinus evelynae), and 2 ORA Clarkii Clownfish (Amphiprion clarkii).

Do you think this would push the tank over the edge? Tank is a 60"x24"x30" 187 gallon w/ a 55 gallon refugium and 55 gallon sump.

The Orchid I had in a 180 was a war machine against anything that looked like it. Or any other new comer no matter what size they were.
