I have a 64 ltr tank currently with 2 black and white clowns and 1 skunk cleaner... I will be getting a dwarf angel in a couple of weeks but my question is:
what else should I get?

there are some really great fish and spoilt for choice was wondering what others have done and how may more I could put in?

64 liters? as in 16 gallons? you're probably about at your limit now. i would absolutely NOT add any kind of angel, even dwarf, to that size tank.

64L is approximately 16 u.s gallons. if you have two clowns already in there, it's already at the maximum limit imho. dwarf angels need bigger than 16G tanks. if you really want to add one, look for a nano fish.

Finally, somebody else who works in litres! :)

I wouldn't add any additional stock to your tank.

If you really want another fish a clown goby or neon goby would be pushing it.I have had a 54 litre tank in the past, but sadly I had to take it down and I had a azure damselfish, clown goby and a Percula clownfish.I only had that many fish because I knew I would upgrage to a 120 litre in the future, which I did.I sadly had to take that tank down as I was a gullible beginner and fell for terrible advice, which ended up destroying my tank and costing me thousands.

A dwarf angelfish requires 40 gallons at the least and often 70 gallons in liters that is 150 or 265. Dwarf angels get a medium size and swim a lot so they need a lot of space they also tend to get very aggressive in small tanks and will kill your other fish

+1, dwarf angels get VERY aggressive in a tank under 250 liters.
