getting a new tank its 48 long 18 high and 12 wide how many gallons is that i did a quick calculation and came up around 37 gallons does this sound right?

thank but one question are us gallons and european gallons diffrent not sure but i think they may be? if so how much does a us gallon weigh in pounds?

im pretty sure a us gallon is about 0.85 of a euro gallon or imperial gallon

if thats true should be 38 imperial gallons , an imperial gallon weights 8.4 pounds
