Hey guys. Hope you are all having a swell afternoon
just a quick Q. I have a 93g reef with a 30g sump. I'm not sure how many fish can go in this tank without it being overstocked. Right now I have...
1 melanurus wrasse
1 Christmas wrasse
1 mccoskers flasher wrasse
1 new guinea wrasse
1 lyretail hogfish
1 lined tamarin wrasse
1 engineer goby
1 one spy foxface rabbitfish
1 starry blenny
So thats nine fish.. And I know the general rule is about 10g per inch of fish. I do no weekly water changes and I run a reef octopus skimmer rated for 150g I believe. Soo do you think it's stocked 100%? It doesn't seem crowded at all. I wanted to add a couple more fish like a few blue reef chromis for the open areas of the tank and maybe one other fish..something unique but don't know if that would be too crowded. I also have lots of live rock. It's about 50-60 lbs maybe more but it's the pukani rock so its very lightweight rock and there is a lot of it So there is lots of natural filtration. Anyways, just wanted to give you a rundown of what I have going on so you can better answer my question!
so tell me what you think
