how much do I need to feed my snails and shrimps?

I am new to the hobby and have a small CUC of snails, one fighting conch, and four shrimp. I have been overfeeding them and now have algae from it. It's time to knock off the overfeeding, as fun as it is.

So how much do I *need* to feed?
I normally feed a pinch of flakes a day, and then on the weekend drop in some pellets or a cube of frozen food, and every other week a sheet of nori.

I know this is crazy too much, so what is reasonable? No fish yet.

I feed a cube of mysis per day/everyother day in my 125... I feel that's overfeeding and explains my bryopsis. (I also heavily edited the last post)

I'd say maybe a good pinch of flakes every couple of days, maybe, then a few pellets on the weekend (mostly for your conch). An entire sheet of nori is probably overkill, maybe a 2"X2" piece instead depending on how fast it gets eaten.
