How much flow can a Crocea handle?

My small crocea has finally attached itself to a small flat rock that I had placed in the sand under it. I have a really nice spot up on the rock sthat I'd like to put it. But the spot gets quite a bit of flow from my closed loop. How can I tell if the clam is getting too much flow?

The clam won't open all the way if it's getting too much flow and it will look stressed.

Crocea are naturally from area that do receieve good flow. Hence one of the reasons the bore into rocky crevices. There is no magical number of allowable flow though, as there are infinite variable which will effect it (ie- how far it is from the flow source, outlet pattern, etc.). Like Pico said, what your clam, and it will let you know if it does like it's setup.
