How Much Flow for a 125 Puffer Tank

So I'm getting going on setting up my 125 puffer tank. Inhabitants will be Birdbeak Burrfish, Stars & Stripes puffer, & Dogface puffer.

Tank will be bare bottom (cutting boards) with 150 pounds of live rock. Sump is 33 long, DIY. Skimmer will be Euro-Reef 135 or Euro-Reef 180. Return pump will be Mag 9.5 or Mag 12 split via a wye with a return in each back corner.

My over flow will be in the center of the back. I'm thinking of having two Hydor Koralia's, one on each end. Should I go with the Hydor Koralia 3's (850 gph flow each) or the 4's (1200 gph flow each)? I want to keep stuff from settling on the bottom, but I don't want the fish hiding in the rock 24x7 because of too much flow.

Thanks.

Puffers are better swimmers than you think. I have two koralia 4s in my 90 with a porcupine, and he does just fine.
I would do two 4s, and the 9.5.
