How much flow in a 80g cube for nems?

I've set up an 30x30x20h 80 gallon cube for a full anemone tank. There will be no other species in the tank except fish. What do you guys recommend I have for flow other then my 600 gph return pump from my sump? I was planning on having 2 powerheads, but didn't know what size in gph to get. Any advice would be much appreciated.

First you have to ask yourself what species of anemone you want to keep. Different species have different flow requirements

BTA IME prefer moderate flow. Probably look into a couple of koralia 750s for a tank your size. The 750's are give pretty good flow.

get a pair of mp10's or a mp4 and your be all set for the tank. if you do go with a vortech, please use the foam guards to keep the roamers out. even with koralia's they sometimes get stuck in them.

to cut the risk of this, you might want to get a bigger return as to limit the number of power heads in the tank.

i know there are many different combinations that can be used for tanks ie korallia's, mp10's etc. But I'm interested in keeping these things bubbled, and I've heard that the more water flow you have the less bubble you get. It seems BTA propagators don't even have hardly any flow in their BTA tanks. So was wondering how little I can get away with.
