How much flow is good?

In my 29 gal reef tank. My clown fish seems to hang around the powerhead at night. During the day they move around but some time they stay on the end of the tank close to the powerhead.
I have 2 Hydor Koralia #1 Powerhead.
My frags seems to be doing good with them.
So my question is How much flow is good?

With just the Koralias you've got 800 gph in a 29 gallon tank. IF you've got a skimmer or sump return, you've got a little more. Either way, I'd say that's decent... not overdoing it by any means...but decent. Clowns just like to hang out in weird places, especially at night.

What kind of corals? Unless it is SPS, that should be very sufficient.

my clowns also hang out in the most weird places.
especially if they are not hosting an anemone like mine.
