How Much flow is recommended through the Main Tank and Fuge?

I'm not getting much action over the the Reef forum...

I'm setting up a 180g mixed reef. What's the recommended turnover for the tank itself? Right now, I'm planning about 50x turnover.

What about the refugium? I've read about 10x turnover for the fuge. Is this right?

I read in here somewhere before that 5-6X turnover thru your FUGE is what you are aiming for.....Now, when you talk closed-loop....that's when you kick in the nitro!!! 180 gals x 50 times is 9000 gals wow! if you are NOT direct streaming anyting alive in your tank and distributing the flow in such a manner as to re-create the natural motion of the species you are keeping, then you should be alright....for the 50x closed loop that is.....

Here's my plan so far:

Return Pump: Either a Velocity T3 (800gph) or T4( 1225gph). Will T-off the return into a refugium. Or, I may direct my skimmer's output into the refugium (is this a good or bad idea?) - skimmer will be Euro-Reef RS250

No closed loop

Tunze Streams - One of the following combinations:

(2) 6100's on 7095 controller (max 6340 gph)
(2) 6200's on 7095 controller (max 10,566 gph)
(1) 6100 + (1) 6200 on 7095 controller (max 8453 gph)

So, I can go as low as 40x turnover, up to 65x turnover. Right now, I'm leaning towards the T3 as my return pump, with a 6100 and a 6200.
