How much flow over your long tentacle plate?

How much flow do you guys keep on your plate coral?

Low to medium flow for me. I noticed mine didn't like to be blasted with flow.

Low to medium at most. Just needs a little flow to bring/take away nutrients and let it breath.

Mine seems to like at least medium flow. I've tried putting it in lower flow a couple times because I thought that would be better ..... it didn't agree!
