how much flow should I have?

on a 72 gal bow front.
I have a mag drive 7 for return on it right now, but i think I'm probably getting a minimum of 450gph out of it.

I have a korila one and two on another tank i'm going to break down soon and move to my new tank, but I'm wondering if I should add more flow, or if there is a way i could just use a setup like korila 3's on opposite side of the tank?

flow depends on what you want to keep.

20x is a good starting point for softies.. 30x for LPS. 40x+ for SPS.


in a 72g, depending on what youre keeping id use a couple koralia 3s at least.

mostly FOWLR
don't plan on getting too crazy, maybe a few anemones

for FOWLR you would be fine with ~20x. id look for a pair of PHs with 1000gph total. should be a good place to start. maybe a pair of K2s?
