How much flow through the refugium.

I was just asking if 350 GPH through a 36LX12WX19H sump would be too much flow through a refugium?

Is it a sump or a refugium? I run 1600 GPH thru my 50G sump with no problem. My 30x24x6 refugium gets about 800 GPH. I also have a powerhead in it to circulate the water within the refugium.

I run about 7x through my Refugium and It has worked out fine.
