how much flow

hi everybody i wanted to see if anybody could help me out in determining how much flow i have running through my 55g i dont know the formula for determining flow so this is what i have i have a mag7 as a return and a koralia 1 and 3 mj 1200s
and a mj900 i dont have any corals right now just 2 fish but i would like to house mainly lps corals thanks everybody for your help

The mj1200's=295gph each
mj900= 230gph
Koralia1=400gph

Thats about 1500 gallons per hour from your powerheads. Divide that by 55 gallons in your tank and you have about 28x turnover per hour. The mag7 is 700 more gph but figure you are losing some of that depending on the distance its being pumped.

Alltogether, you getting about 35-40 gph turnover.
