I'd say that's a free/FIF mushroom. I have a rock of those and I can't give them away! In my tank, they spread worse than aiptasia.

Ya our LFS has a $5 frag section. If you like it and your looking for some simple shrooms to start a new tank or maybe your first tank then I say $5 is ok.
