how much light....anemone

How much light do you need for a rose bud anemone, and ritteri? anemone? I currently havea 29gallon tank with 144w of actinic blue. That is5 watts per gallon.

I think as long as you get a BTA ( bubble tip anemone), youll be fine. The ritteri is a high demand anemone.
