how much light for 125 gallon tank i want to grow everything

I think if the 125 is 72in. long you could get away with T-5s, but halides are my fav. Just my 2 cents.

I have 3 - 250 watt Metal halides and 2 - 72in 160 watt vho actinics

go to aquatraders.com and get one of their 72" MH combo fixtures and change out the ballast and bulbs. that would be my suggestion
