I would like to get anemone for my 14g biocube, if I added another 24w PC; for a total of 72w, would this be enough light to keep an anemone happy and healthy?
I have an RBTA in a 15 gallon nano with a pair of B&W clowns but I have been in the hobby for quite some time. I just noticed that you are a newbie. I would advice AGAINST you having a nem in that tank as well until it is at least a year old and you gain more experience.
Well, I had no intentions of putting an anemone in my tank for quite some time. I'm just bored and wanting to do some research and fact finding for now, to be better prepared for it when I'm ready.
Kudos for the research. Nem's are pretty easy to keep actually. At least IME. I started out with a 29 gallon tank and an RBTA. I have since had larger and smaller tanks and have never had a problem. I originally had PC'S, then a combo of PC'S and MH, then eventually snuffed all of that and switched to T-5's.
What size do you believe tanks to be that house a pair of breeding clowns and their nem?
My tank is only 15 gallons that houses a pair of clowns and their host and I have had long term success with it. I will continue to update over the years to come
