How much lighting on a 33 gallon long

I might pick up a 33 long tank and its only 13 3/4 deep 12" wide 48" long
What kind of led strength would I need since its so shallow
To grow softies some sps maybe lps in future

Personally, I'd run a 4 bulb t-5 fixture over that. You should be able to find one pretty cheap.

I like staying away from conventional bulbs do to the fact they need to be replaced
Led are more cost effective
Less money to run and do t need repacement

I guess you could go with 3 or 4 LED bulbs and adjust lighting by raising or lowering the bulbs.
