How much of ROD'S FOOD

I have a 37 gal cube with softies, LPS, clown goby and a pair of clowns. How much of Rod'S Food should I feed?

I feed once a day, missing a day here or there. I don't bother shutting off pumps, etc. I figure the fuge needs food, and most on any given pass will just come back to the tank. Not all of the flow goes into the skimmer on each pass. So if some gets skimmed out no biggie to me, guarantees against overfeeding.

Do you guys defrost before you feed? How do you keep the most food in the tank rather than going into the overflow?

I take a small specimen cup, add some tank water and dissolve in that. I either pour a little at a time into the tank or use a turkey baster to target.

The fish are like vultures. Nothing makes it to the overflow box!

How long can you storage Rods Food in the freezer?

I feed my 90 a fifty cent piece size every other day. I either do as ostrow does and place in cup and feed with baster, but if i'm lazy i just hold it in the water near a powerhead and let if fly....i have 8 fish...once a week i feed live baby brine shrimp and about 2-3 times a week i give a little piece of seaweed....

i have a 20g and i feed the tank a piece about the size of a dime. i put it in a cup for a few minutes, then use a turkey baster.

I defrost it in my mouth and then spit it into the tank!
