How much phyto and how often?

I have had my 14 gal bio cube for over a year I have about 6 different kinds of soft corals and just recently started feeding them phyto, how often and how much should i Be feeding them? I was also told to use a syringe and spray them with it is this correct?

well are you going to be getting fish?

and what kind of clean up crew?

if you get a good clean up crew and dont add fish, than you can feed as much as your biofilter can handle.

just drip loop it 'till you get constant addition at no cost to your live stock.

I have 2 snails, one star snail, one fire shrimp, one maderan goby, and a royal gramma; I'll be getting a claki clown within the next week or so...Also I have lots (too many) of those centipede worm looking things that range anyware from 1 inch to 3.5 inchs any suggestions on getting rid of them also if i need to add any thing to that cleaner crew let me know.

What kind of soft corals do you have?

The worms I wouldn't worry about, their population will be controlled by food availability. If you have a lot, it means there is a lot of excess food for them to eat, so they are cleaning up for you
