How much Rods food?

Trying to figure out if I'm feeding too much. Using Rods to feed 2 clowns, six line, goby, and CUC in a 40. Twice a day ... 1/4 teaspoon each feeding? More? Less? Any advice on feeding is appreciated. No corals btw. And I do have other food types but I figured I'd ask about a particular brand to get a more specific answer.

I just break off a small chunk, maybe 3/4 the size of a dime and mix it in a cup of tank water once a day. This is for two clownfish and a bunch of inverts, I'm sure I'll increase in the future as my bioload expands but for now it keeps the smaller clowns happy.

I feed Dainichi small pellets once a day as well. Honestly, you can get away with just pellets as Rods Food is time consuming. Personally, I think its better to maintain a diverse mix of food, thus the Rods and Pellets. When your clowns get a bit bigger, feed them some mysis shrimp. They'll go crazy for that :bounce3:

Really depends on your tank, experiment around. Start with less and work up, as long as they are eating it all and your levels stay consistent you will be fine, if you start to notice they are not eating all of it or your levels raise, cut back.
