Thanks. So if I understand correctly, a DSB isn't really necessary. I'm somewhat averse to a DSB in the display as I would not really want to develop anerobic pockets in the substrate which might be disturbed. Since you were kind enough to answer this question I'd like to ask you another if you don't mind. I posted another thread regarding how much C. Prolifera was too much. Being new to macroalgae (which I am) my primary concern is what negative effects can occur if this Calurpa were to grow too much in my display tank. Also, how much is too much? I'm really after a plesant aquarium that is primarily fish oriented. Also, I'm hoping to develop an easily managable one where the inhabitants peacefully co-exist. I don't want too many corals, too many plants, too many inverts, or too many fish. I value your opinion as you appear to know of what you speak. Thanks!!
