I just picked up a LTA from my LFS and it's bleached!!! I didn't know it was and the nice guy there told me he's fine! It's my first anemone tanks been up for 2+ years. Anyways it's been in my tank for two weeks today I picked. Up some krill and it took some time but I gave the anemone 3 and he took them down ( is that to many) I was going to hold off and give it two more on Sunday. Input please

I consider bleached nems to be digestively challenged. Its more important that what you feed them is high nutrition. Soaking food in selcon works very well. I'd suggest starting with a pea-sized amount once or twice a week, and make sure you acclimate to lighting very slowly. Putting a bleached nem under full-intensity light tends to make matters worse.
