How much to feed??

So I have always had a good balance with how much to feed my lionfish and puffer, but I recently added a 4 inch yellow wrasse, (which is awsome) and Im debating on whether or not start feeding more. so to set the standard, I was feeding a block of mysis every night or a clam every night or some krill shrimp. Well now that I have the wrasse, I think just the block of mysis isnt enough for the three fish, would feeding two blocks of mysis be too much?

if your present fish are fat and healthy then feed the tank as you did before and if all the fish done get some food then add a bit more until all are satisfied .how big is your tank ?are the lionfish and puffer all the fish in there except the wrasse ?

yeah, the only other fish besides those three is a bicolor blenny and he seems pretty happy with the algae he has.

I always wonder the same thing.
If I let them, my porcupine puffer, and Picasso trigger would eat until they popped. The tangs, and angels start to show less interest as they eat.
I was looking at them today, and they are nice and plump. So I guess they get more than enough.

edit: I feed my puffer every other day. Each serving is about the size of a table shrimp, or three silversides.
