How much would you pay for this Yuma?

Hey guys,

I was out diving today and came across this Yuma. I though it was beautiful and have never seen this color morph before.

I'm curious to see what you guy think it would go for if such a specimen were for sale. The colors in the photograph are pretty close to what they were when I saw it.

Just to be clear, I do NOT own the coral and I'm not trying to sell it. This is just a debate I'm having with some non-reefing dive buddies. I think it could go for $150-250 myself. What do you guys think?

Personally, I wouldn`t spend anymore than 20 bucks for a mushroom, even if it was a rare color. To each his own...:wavehand:

i think, with anything its what the buyer is willing to spend. they could put it for 500 and if someone is interested enough they will pull the trigger. personally i wouldnt spend that much, maybe 75 but it would be a tough decision, it is a beautiful mushroom

Honestly, I wouldnt pay $5 for a mushroom as I dont care for them.

I don't get the prices on things like yumas and chalices. There was one kinda like that at petco last week or $135 I think...as long as you are happy is all that matters.
I would pay around $20 because I'm a person that wants people to stop paying crazy amounts so the price comes down and people like me may someday enjoy having some. Recordia Florida or Ricordia a Yuma ....they are both pretty but floridas are cheaper.

I\'ve seen the rare ones go for hundreds but they are extremely colorful or bright. This one is black and purple, so personally I wouldn\'t pay over $50. But, I am one of those idiots that will pay silly prices just because its unique and I like it
