How often do COMAS members do water changes?

Being the weekend which water change time, I was curious how often other members do their water changes and what percent? What type of water they use, RO, RO/DI, tap, well, Walmart or other store with RO system, LFS, or distilled? What kind of salt mix they use, currently I use Instant Ocean - but I'm concidering changing to reef crystal because I'm getting so many corals any thoughts to that?

I am using IO now, but normally use RC salt. The store didn't have any when I needed it. I've also used bright wells, oceanic and one other I'm forgetting. I never noticed a real difference aside from having to doses little less with rc salt.

I use ro/di water and change around 4 gal in my 34g solana every week or two. I change about 3 gal in my biocube n the same schedule.

either reef crystals or red sea pro 25-30gls every 10-14 days on a 150gl, also 1gl same water on a 12 gl nano weekly all from my pre filtered, then softened, then rodi water from my well.

Reef crystals adjusted to 1.025, buffered. 65 gallons every Saturday morning.

I change water once every 5-7 days. I use Red Sea Salt mixed to 1.026 via refract meter calibrated every month. Water comes from BRS RODI with Chloramines carbon block and add on Chloramines granulated carbon filter. TDS is 0. Water is mixed up for 24 hours then changed. I siphon out scum and red slime that may be in the DT while removing the old water.

Important thing about salt that comes in buckets....you must mix up the bucket! The salt will separate while in transit and must be mixed up to give good salt batches.

Not only do we have the same display/sump setups (minus our dosing regimens), but we instill the same husbandry. No well here though. I do make my RO/DI. Tank is aimed at 1.025sg

10%-30% every 1-2 weeks with reef crystals and RO/DI water from Aquariums in Edmond. I almost never have to supplement. I used to never do water changes and while my nitrates stayed well within the acceptable range, I found that my coral do poorly and no matter how much I supplemented I could never get the levels I wanted.

I do a 5 gallon water chance once a week. My system consists of a 40 breeder, tied into a 15 tall with a 25 gallon eshops sump. I use salt water mixed to 1.025-1.026 that I get from Custom Reef Creations. I'm not sure what brand they use, but it seems to get the job done.
