How often do you clean your power heads

How often do you clean your power heads? I clean my jebao rw15 every 2 months with vinager. I know other that use fresh water and clean with toothbrush, what do you use?

2-3 months in vinegar. Going any longer and the flow is substantially reduced and I fear they will fail on me. Btw, see you tomorrow. Looking forward to checking out your setup.
