...every nite around 8pm and yes changeup the food. I give flake and pellets every nite and rotate different frozen .
+1 This is pretty much my routine as well.

One of the frozen foods I like to use is Marine Cuisine (pre-mixed Mysis, fortified Brine, etc.)

Ajilon - Feeding requirements vary depending on your livestock. Perhaps if you listed out your inhabitants you'd get a better idea what is necessary.

I to find it interesting people don't list the livestock they are feeding.

I have 6 large Tangs and multiple other high energy fish. I feed alot of food twice a day.

High flow, large skimmer, and BB with large fuge. Allows me the ability to overfeed my fish. They are all healthy and fat and enjoy life...

Happy Reefing

In our nano, we have a few zoas, some star polyps, a bunch of mushrooms, a sun coral, a cleaner shrimp, and a couple of snails and hermit crabs. We feed the tank cyclopeeze and mysis every 2 to 3 days; spot feeding the sun coral. Once a week, we put a very small amount of coral frenzy in.

For our AGA92, we plan to keep the following:

<u>Clean Up Crew:</u>
5 - Astrea Snails
5 - Margarita Snails
5 - Cerith Snails
5 - Nassarius Snails
Blood Red Fire Shrimp

<u>Fish:</u>
Pair of Green Mandarin Dragonets
Stonogobiops Dracula Goby with Alpheus Randalli Shrimp Pair (or some other Goby and Shrimp Pair)
Yellowhead Jawfish
Bicolor or Fridmani (Purple) Pseudochromis
Royal Gramma Basslet
Pair of Black and White Ocellaris or True Percula Clownfish
Kole Yellow Eye Tang
Yellow Tang

<u>Coral/Inverts:</u>
Green Carpet Anemone
Crocea Clam
Various Zoanthids (Man of Steel for sure)
Couple of (rare/unique) Ricordia
A few Large Polyp Stony Coral
One or two Small Polyp Stony Coral (Superman Monti for sure, maybe a “different” coloured Acropora)

<u>The feeding schedule I have put together so far is as follows:</u>
30 ml of Phytoplankton - Once Daily (Morning)
Varying types (colours) of Seaweed clipped in the tank - Once Daily (Morning)
A small cube of <a href="http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1400679" target=_blank>Carnivore Food</a> - Once Daily (Evening)
A small cube of <a href="http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1388363" target=_blank>Herbivore Food</a> - Once Daily (Evening)
A pinch of Formula 2 Small Pellets in a <a href="http://www.melevsreef.com/mandarin_diner.html" target=_blank>"Mandarin Diner"</a> - Every other day, if the Mandarins will eat it. (Evening)
