how often does everyone feed

so long as you do not compromise water quality, it should be fine. 1-2 times per week ought to be enough considering most LPS derive most their energy via photosynthesis (except the non-photosynthetic ones, obviously), and feeding is a bonus.

I feed once a week. Maybe less.

I usually do a heavy feeding, in the morning after lights have been out for several hours, and several hours before they come back on again.

I usually thaw out my homemade food in some tank water, and at the same time I have all my pumps off except the CL. I dab my cyclopeeze bar in the tank for a minute and swish it all around. This feeds everything pretty well, and my CL pumps keep the cyclopeeze in the tank, not sump, but still moving so all the corals can catch some.
After the cyclopeeze cloud(i'm exaggerating) has died out a bit, I turn off the CL and target feed everything that is now out, with my HM food, which is usually all my LPS. The cyclopeeze seems to trigger the feeders, and gets them all ready for target feeding.

I could post my food recipe if anyone wants it...

If you feed your fish everyday they should be getting enough food from those feedings. That said I shut down my pumps let things settle and target feed once a week all LPS lol.

Yes that would be nice. I like to see what others feed.

I was thinking of doing this method, so all the feeders can come out just like you said, but do you have a lot of coral to do that? And for most of them to catch some.

I feed my corals every morning during the week and usually once on the weekend. If I don't feel like it I'll just feed phyto and reef roids. Target feeding can get tiresome at times. I also don't target feed each and every polyp each day. I work with a set amount of food and usually if I run out thats all the feeding until tomorrow.
