I feed once a week. Maybe less.
I usually do a heavy feeding, in the morning after lights have been out for several hours, and several hours before they come back on again.
I usually thaw out my homemade food in some tank water, and at the same time I have all my pumps off except the CL. I dab my cyclopeeze bar in the tank for a minute and swish it all around. This feeds everything pretty well, and my CL pumps keep the cyclopeeze in the tank, not sump, but still moving so all the corals can catch some.
After the cyclopeeze cloud(i'm exaggerating) has died out a bit, I turn off the CL and target feed everything that is now out, with my HM food, which is usually all my LPS. The cyclopeeze seems to trigger the feeders, and gets them all ready for target feeding.
I could post my food recipe if anyone wants it...
