how often to do a water change for a 10g QT?

i've set up a 10g QT. 2 baby O.clown and 2 cleaner shrimp in there. so how often to do a water change? every other day? once a week? how many %?

It depends. If you are having ammonia problems, you might have to do 50% daily. But, if things are set up right and you are not having any other issues, you could do no water changes for the month or two the animals are in there and then just drain it completely when you are done.
