how often to dose c-balance?

I just bought c-balance and im not sure how often to dose for it?
It doesnt say on the box how often it should be used

do i just add it once a week? everyday?

i keep softees with a few lps

First determine what your levels of cal and alk are at, and how much your tank is using up per day/week.

I personally dose each night, want my levels to stay as stable as possible.
