How often to feed peppermint shrimp?

I recently bought a peppermint shrimp to take care of my aiptasia problem (which he did wonderfully I might add), and since it's all gone I've begun to supplement him with shrimp pellets.
How often should I feed him, and what else can I feed him?
Also, should I supplement my CUC with anything or just leave them to the detritus?

Your peppermint shrimp and the rest of your CUC will eats left over fish food in the tank. However every now and then I put a few pieces of Kroger brand shrimp in for them to eat too.

Well, I'm actually asking because currently my (20g) tank currently just consists of LR and a CUC, I haven't put any fish or corals in yet so there's not much being produced. Will they be able to find enough food just in the LR?

Well I would just put a little bit of fishfood in the tank if you have some already and he should eat that.
