How rare or abnormal is this marine betta

rare-yup- its a beauty for sure,
but its certainly not a marine comet (calloplesiops) or betta that many of us have ever seen before
you might want to look thru fishbase.org to see what species it is, C altivelis it is not

Unsure of size haven't taken delivery of the fish yet just trying to figure out exactly what it is or what type of morph it may be
