How soon is too soon?

My friend and I both started Nanocube 28g w/ LEDs at the same time. We both finished our cycle about a month ago and have started to slowly add livestock. He wants to add a RBTA that has been on hold at the LFS for him. I told him its too early but i would check on here to make sure. At what point is it recommended to add a RBTA? Water specs have been perfect for atleast 3 weeks.

Thanks!!

The recommended time frame is at least 6 months of stable, healthy conditions with other livestock, or at least a clean-up crew (shrimp, snails, crabs, etc.). This is more critical in small tanks because changes can happen dramatically in such a small amount of water. Waiting 6 months allows the organisms in your live rock to populate and relocate in your tank to best manage and minimize these changes.
