how to acclimate large rock with corals on them

I am going to start to transferring my corals from my 72 gal to my new 135 gal tank today and I just wondering how to do this. Do I just make sure that water parameters are the same ( temp, ph and salinity) and just put them into the new tank or is it going to be more complicated than that.

Thanks
Tony

Match the water as closely as possible, down to cal, alk, ph, salinity, temp. Then move. The worst-off will be any sponges, who don't like to get air in their pores. If you could get a big clean! salad bowl and lift sponge-bearing rocks in that, water and all, you'd save having any dieoff. Also shake or otherwise annoy lps into full retraction. Sometimes a puff of cooler saltwater from a turkey baster will do it.
