How to add Selcon to nori?

How do I add selcon to nori? do i put it on the nori and let it dry or what?

I would normally put a little tank water in a small container, add a couple drops of selcon and then soak the nori in there. After 2-3 minutes, just feed it wet, let it drip off first but you dont need to worry about letting it all dry up.

I put a some drops on the nori, then fold it in half. Let it sit for a little while to dry out, and then feed.
