How to Clean Reflectors?

Is there a good metal polish or something to clean oxidation off of reflectors? I got a KILLER deal (free!) on an old style TEK 4x24w fixture but the reflectors are a bit oxidized. Either way I'm sure it'll be fine for what I want to use it for, but any extra light helps!

Go to walmart nad buy fine 00 Stainless Steel pads

I was reading that using abrasives on them will actually do more harm than good. Any recommendations of a good metal cleaner?
