How to connect a pump?

I got the Eheim 1000 and I want to use it with my ATO. I want to use the tubing (airline tubing) that I was using with my old pump but it won't but cause the connection on the Eheim is too large. Where can I get an adaptor that will connect that tube to this one?

Lowes has a lot of things you can use i don't know what hose you have
Just take both with you

Just did the same thing with my ato, tough to find the connector you are looking for so I just ended up getting new tubing. I only went to Lowes but maybe you'll find it at HD.

the best way is to use step down barb connectors, eheim 1000 has a ⅝" hose size and you need to get down to ¼"
it might look something like this, or you may need to use several ones to get to the right size

Lowes did the trick. Needed to use two adaptors but made it work. Thanks for the help!
